Hello, When I moved a year ago, I became much more aware of the "PARLEE Farms" in Chelmsford ! Out of curiousity this morning I tried to find out the history of the farms. It seems a large "Irish" PARLEE family came down from New Brunswick around 1890 ! And, from 1900 to 1920 they were living in the southern part of Chelmsford, going towards the Carlisle line. There is currently a Parlee Road there ! But, around 1930, they seem to have bought a lot of land on Pine Hill Road which is just west of Chelmsford Center. I tried to find a web site for the "Farms," and they have a simple one which does not offer a "history." Then I tried the PARLEE Message Boards, and no one seems to be researching this family. Then I went to the Mailing List INDEX, and PARLEE is mentioned, but no List exists for it ! Just curious if anyone is researching them ! (They are not on my family-tree !) Enjoy your Sunday !
