Tami, thanks for your offer, I am looking for info on Col. John J Leroy (LeRoy) who was born in 1822 in New York. He is listed with his wife Anna M. and son Albert H. b.15 Dec. 1888.in the 1900 census for North Adams, MA. but not in the 1910 where Anna is listed as widowed living with Albert in North Adams, MA. His son Albert attended school there and later became the sheriff of Schenectdy, N.Y. where he lived with his wife and four children. (1930 census) He may have married before as he was ~ 50 years older then Anna when they got married in 1886.
