Hi Priscilla, Thank you for posting my query on the DODGE List. I did post the query on the DODGE Board, and saw that it was not gatewayed. It seems that there are very few researching the DODGE name as far as Charlestown, Woburn, and Winchester are concerned. I did not receive any responses. Which DODGE's are you researching? By the way, back in 1950's Arlington, I had a DODGE classmate. He lived in Arlington Heights. Betty (near Lowell, MA)
Good morning Betty....... My Dodge family came from Essex Co. to Woburn. I have both Dodge brothers who settled there in the 1600s and also an unknown Dodge from that area. At least his mother named him Thomas Dodge, Jr. and he was a "bastard" according to the Essex records, I think it was the Ipswich ones. She was Hodgkins and I can't find anything on that name. Maybe she was a servant????? So I'm a Dodge all over the place. My father was even named Clarence Dodge Blake. I don't remember any Dodges in Arlington Heights when I went to school there. But then 'you're much younger than I'. Priscilla : Re: [MAMiddle] DODGE families If your search for DODGE leads you to Maine, let me know. I have DODGE's in my family line, in the Boothbay Harbor region of Maine. Best Regards, -David Reed MAINE List Administrator > Hi Priscilla, > > Thank you for posting my query on the DODGE List.
