Looking for information on Harvey Malone [1802-1898] from Virginia, North Carolina to Tennessee. Would like more information on his background. Basic information I have is listed below. His grandson, Chesley Cody Malone filed in 1906 for Cherokee Indian benefits. In his application he stated that Harvey Malone came from Virginia to North Carolina. He states in a note dated Apr 1, 1908 that his grandfather and uncle was half Cherokee. HARVEY MALONE was born 1802, and died Abt. 1898. He married (1) MARTHA [UNKNOWN] Bet. 1823 - 1824. She died Bef. 1837. He married (2) CHARLOTTE [LOTTE] STARKS February 27, 1837 in Orange County, North Carolina. She was born 1817 in North Carolina. He married (3) MARGARET [UNKNOWN] Bet. 1851 - 1852. She was born 1830. He married (4) UNKNOWN [UNKNOWN] Bet. 1854 - 1855. He married (5) ELIZABETH HOLLAND January 06, 1861.
