Sincerely, Nikki Simmons nsimmons@mid-mo.net Descendants of David Maloney Generation No. 1 1. DAVID2 MALONEY (MALONEY1) was born Abt. 1778 in TN, and died Aft. 1852. He married JANE C.. She was born Abt. 1778 in TN, and died Aft. 1850. Notes for DAVID MALONEY: David was listed in Robert Blakely's pension application as being a brother to John Maloney. In 1852 he was 74 years old and living in Rhea County TN. He had lived there for 46 years and had also served in the War of 1812. In the 1830 census he was listed as head of household and there was 1 male (10-15), 1 male (20-30), 1 male (50-60, this was David), 1 female (10-15), 2 females (15-20), 1 female (20-30), and 1 female (50-60, probably Jane ). In the 1830 census his name is spelled Malone, but in 1840 & 1850 it is spelled Maloney. Also listed with David & Jane in the 1850 census were Mary A. (age 38, TN), Sarah (age 36, TN), and David (age 30, TN). I am not sure of the relationship of these individuals to David & Jane. They could be children, in-laws, or possibly grandchildren.
