    2. Velma, I am interested in finding out more about the Malone family and the book you mention. The story of Roscoe Chapman being raised by James Cecil Malone has been related to me previously. James Cecil m. Frances Elizabeth Ann Askew. His mother was Annie Chapman who m. Samuel Malone (per Bellie Foutch Breedlove). When Roscoe's mother died, his father having died earlier, James took him to raise. There is a sweet story which goes along with this - basically James said no child should be left with noone. Please tell me more about the Malone book. Have you seen a copy? Do any of the libraries have it? I have not seen it in my research. Carolyn Daniel
