For example, do not post links to a census unless it has MALONES in it. Also please do not cut and paste people's websites. 2. About the Malone Book by Randolph Malone. Please just go and buy the book. It was worth every penny. I found not 1 but 3 Malone lines, and connected to other surnames like Dameron. (Sometimes having the tree limb be a straight line makes things easier.) This book is as comprehensive study of any surname I have ever seen. It is not just a listing of descendants, it includes census data, wills, etc. He has contributions from many (not few) researchers. 3. If you are not interested in buying this book, please do not ask people to...scan, copy, type, send to the list, whatever. This book is under copyright and as Mr. Malone is an extremely nice man, I do not want him to find his work being financially undermined. And I do not want any legal problems on this list. 4. This book can be checked out at many libraries, which means it might be available on inter-library loan. 5. BUY THE BOOK! You can always sell it to someone else doing Malone research.
