Did any of you get the 'memo' that HeritageQuest/Generations are putting the entire digitally restored US census information online (all 12,000 rolls), available by subscription? It is unclear at this point whether or not it will be available to the general public or just to libraries. It seems stupid to me, if they have gone to that expense and work, not to open it up to the public. However, I do know that libraries can afford to pay a higher subscription fee. Maybe if they got deluged by us 'genealogists' asking for access to this database they would let the public subscribe. After all, the records belong to 'we, the people', anyway. You can find their contact information at: http://www.genealogydatabase.com/ Anne
