Ma Query Forum Board URL: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Ma/Hampshire?read=359 Surname: Brown ------------------------- I'm searching for parents and siblings for Rufus Milledge Brown, b. 1809, d. 1882, our census in Westmorland County, New Brunswick, Canada, indicates that he was born here. But Rufus is not at all a common name in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. I've found a wack of Rufus Browns in the IGI FamilySearch records from MASS. I'm thinking that it's likely that ole Rufus' family may have come from Hampshire County area. Any info would be greatly appreciated and perhaps help to loosen some bricks in my wall.
