I got a nasty nasty email that anything future about 'amusement parks' would be deleted. It was even in all CAPS. IS THAT SHOUTING? My education has been history and genealogy often go hand in hand. Dig history and you dig names. My little study here is from latter 1800's and noted I WAS NOT TRYING TO HAVE FUN. (amusement parks) geeeez...don't know. I've been on these mailing lists prior (prior to ancestry.com) and if you were digging for info on old fishing canneries in maritime provinces (or even New England?) the subject was not that taboo.
