The first was a small house the southerly side of State Street, Springfield on or near the property of the Hampden Brewery The second is 4+ acres of lightly wooded land at Island Pond about 2 miles distant from Springfield Hill. I have read there is an Island Pond Cemetery. Would this be the same location? How old is the cemetery? Is it still there?
