Esther M. HASKELL was the daughter of my great-grandfather Henry Franklin WINCHELL. She was his second wife. They were married 30 Nov 1893 in Mittineague. In 1895 Henry married Alice Belle SNYDER in Great Barrington, Berkshire County. In those times it was more likely that Esther died sometime before Henry's third marriage, but I have found no death record for her in Berkshire County. Esther was born ca. 1862, the daughter of Damon N. HASKELL and Susan M. SEAVOR. She was living in West Springfield when she was married. I think either she and Henry moved to the West Springfield area or she was with her family when she died. How would I find out if they were living there in 1893 or 1894? Are the death records kept by the Town of West Springfield, assuming she died there? Thanks very much. Debbie Winchell
