Holyoke Transcript February 23, 1933, page 2 Mrs. William H. Patton Mrs. Charlotte (King) Patton, 52, wife of William H. Patton, died this morning at the home, 33 Pearl street, following a lingering illness. Born in Manchester, Eng., September 4, 1880, the daughter of William and Charlotte (Bonnar) King, she came to this country when a young girl. Previous to coming to this city, she had resided for some years in North Adams. She was a member of the Second Baptist church. Besides her husband she leaves two daughters, Mrs. Atwood Bates of South Hadley and Miss Charlotte Patton at home; one son, William of Newtonville; two sisters, Mrs. M. A. Andrews of Pittsfield and Mrs. Harry Van Dan of Nassau, N. Y., and one brother David King of Pittsfield. The funeral will be held at the home, Saturday morning. Rev. Benjamin P. Browne will officiate and burial will be in South View cemetery, North Adams.
