Sorry I haven't answered sooner, but I was out of town for a couple of weeks and am just returning my e-mails now. I would appreciate any info you may find on this gentlman. The only info I have was given to me by my 79yr old aunt who remembers him. She says: Bernard Lafleche was a policeman from Chickapee Falls, MA in the 1930's or 40's. He had a brother George and their father's name was Henry. They were cousins to my grandfather(my aunt's father). I am researching my grandfathers' side of the family, but he didn't leave much of a paper trail and rarely spoke of his childhood. He had said that his mother died when he was young and he was raised by a woman who abused him. I thought I might find some info by searching other family members. That is why I certainly would like you to do a look-up for me if you get a chance whenever you get back there. I would be willing to reimburse you for copies and mailing of course. Do you know if there is an address where I could write for any info there? I haven't been able to find any thing on line for that area. Once again thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
