I have been trying to trace a John Scott born Tranent Scotland 1821 who lived in the Holyoke area from approx 1880 onwards. I know he had a daughter Euphamia who was born in the U.S.A. She returned to Scotland after marrying a George Watson staying in Penicuik Midlothian.Other family that he had I am not sure of. Hi John, I did not find a John Scott in the MA 1880 census, b.Scotland 1821 ,but I did find 2 that where living in Connecticut.
