He was born in Gouverneur, NY @ 1828 and later moved to Springfield, Hampden, Mass. He married a Harriet M. who was born in Canada. I am trying to find out where and when he died and if he had any children. He ws in 1880 census of Springfield and in 1899 in his father's obit, Avery was 71 yrs old and still living in Springfield. He was NOT buried in Gouverneur, NY where his parents and 3 brothers markers are. Can anyone help me? Thank you so much.
