In page 372 1813, the town invited Rev. Gamaliel S. OLDS to settle as colleague with Mr. NEWTON, and Mr. OLDS so acted until 1816, when he was dismissed. In December, 1816, Mr. NEWTON died, aged 79, after a ministry in this place of fifty- six years." I find it interesting the last entry in the Diary of Rev.
