    3. Hello everyone, Last week I asked how you felt about having the replies go to the list. The respondants unanimously chose to have the replies to the list. I also asked how you felt about receiving copies of messages posted on the Franklin Co., MA message board. Of the respondants the majority chose to receive copies from the board. So, for the 200 list members there will be some changes, the replies will go to the list and the messages posted on the board will copy to the list. When you reply to a message, if you don't want all to see check the "To:" line in your reply. Tips & Note: if you only hit reply to a message board post it will go to the list, you will need to copy to the poster whose address will be in the email. If you want to be assured that the poster gets your reply you should click on the URL provided in the body of the email It will take you to the message board (almost 1500 messages there!) so you can post a reply after loging in. Why log in? To help screen unwanted folks & spammers from posting. If you want to find the email address of a poster just click on their name or click on the link inside the message "print message." It will be revealed, this again is done to prevent webcrawlers from getting email addresses. This effort is defeated if & when folks put their email address in the body of their post. I do hope you enjoy receiving these posts, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask how to. To "test the waters" I thought it might be fun to post the next segment in the Holland Histories, that being the town of Conway. We'll see how it all works....
