The HOUGHTON's I'm researching may go back that far, however I only have a THEODORE HOUGHTON born 1908 Scotia, Albany New York son of D. A. Houghton and Francis Hoyt. My sister and I were both adopted into different families and we recently (1999) found each other after being separated for 60+ years. We are looking for long lost cousins. I am also, for the past 18 years, researching PHILLIPS.
