I am not aware of anything like the Manning directories that exist for Greenfield and Turners Falls and Shelburne Falls. Charlemont is much smaller. There may be something less formal - maybe street listings from the Town Clerk, used for voter registration. Also, there are Franklin County phone directories for almost every year. Good luck!
