I am looking for the parent of Benjamin Franklin Harris who married Barbara Sutton 1952 in Platte CO MO. He died in 1857 in Buchanan CO. MO. His two children John Franklin Harris b 1855 and Missouri Bell Harris b abt 1857, in 1876 sued their step father John T. Foster, for their inheritance from "Jane Harris, B.F. Harris, Wiley,and Abner Harris of Madison CO. KY deceased". It was given to him when they were minors as he was their guardian. I think Abner may be a mistake as I found in the 1860 Census of Madison CO. KY. a Jane 75, ALBERT 50 and Wiley 44. I think Jane may have been Benjamin F. Harris 's mother.
