Searching for information on Jackson R. Parsons, son of Mary A. Parsons Payne. He was born ca. 1866 in Lee Co, VA. He is in the 1870 and 1880 Lee Co. censuses with Mother and siblings, listed as Jackson R. Payne. In 1900, he is listed in the Harlan Co. census as Riley J. Parsons, married to Nancy A. with children and Mom in the household. In 1910, he is in Madison Co, KY with wife, children and Mom. Searching for Jackson's Dad and any other pertinent info. (Mary Payne was widowed before 1860 and it does not appear that she remarried.) ED CRESS: Do you have anything on Jackson R. or Riley J. ...either Payne or Parsons in your records?
