Ann, The Archives at EKU has a large county map with a lot of details, I believe including cemeteries. The quadrangle maps by U. S. Geological Survey, Denver, CO or Washington, DC, contain many details including cemeteries. Some large libraries have complete sets of those maps. I like the KY Atlas & Gazetteer by DeLorme Mapping, PO Box 298, Freeport, MA 04032. The KY and other state maps are often sold at genealogical workshops. They show cemeteries. I like having that detailed map when traveling through an unfamiliar countryside. "Cemetery Records of Madison County," in two volumes, has a map in each volume showing locations of cemeteries in Madison Co., KY. I am descended from John and Anna / Anderson of Madison Co., KY. But I suspect you are from the "other" John and Anna Anderson of that county. Both were in the county and both couples had a James and a William. Your Andersons have a cemetery that is included in one of the cemetery volumes. My family not only apparently didn't leave a cemetery, it didn't have gravestones! Much more is available about the family that I suspect is yours. Respond directly to me if you want to discuss this further. Good searching - Jay G. Lamb
