In my message to the Madison Co. list, I cut and pasted from my notes, and some info got garbled. A line in the first paragraph reads [mistakenly] Charles Williams (d. ca 1819, Granville co.), is said to have been married to Bartlett Searcy. What should have been written: A reported Williams daughter, Lucy, is said to have married Bartlett Searcy in or around Granville Co. NC.
