Does anyone know of the Wallace family associated with Wallace Mill Road off Hiwy 52 between Silver Creek and Paint Lick? Could it have been Michael Wallace, died c. 1810/20? My 5thGGM Hannah Wallace (dau of Michael) married James Anderson (1757-1831) living in that area in 1780's. I drove down this old one-lane road when there in Oct 2005, but turned around at the first wide space (down at bottom of the hill) and came back out. Could the old mill have been at this place?
