The deed involve 100 acres on Otter Creek and I think it was located on a ridge between Otter and Muddy Creeks. 5 Mar 1844, deed produced in Madison Co Circuit Court - dispute over tract of land that belonged to John MILLER, deceased. Situated on dividing ridge bet Muddy Creek and Otter Creek. Anyone know of the dispute and how it was resolved? I believe Michael to be the son of John but confused by the property deed.
