Seeking information on Eliphalet HASKINS who served in the Revolutionary War from MA. I believe that he may have been from Freetown, but cannot find early records for Freetown that would include him. He had intentions published in Rochester, Plymouth Co., MA to Deliverance Runnels/Reynolds 15 Sept. 1766. He is listed in the Pawlet, Rutland Co., VT census for 1791.
