Have you tried contacting the Historical Society in Norton? They may have some old plot plans. I live in nearby Easton and I know that our Historical Society here has plans for Easton. You might also contact the Assesor's office at the town hall and ask them if they could direct you to some where they would have been kept. I would think that if one of the GODFREY men was a mayor as stated, that they would know where his property was located. Good luck in your search.
