    3. I believe the 1910 census showed he had been married before. I believe both Terry and I have copies of the 1920 & 1930 census records. I've also got the info for 1900. I looked at the 1910 census but did not copy at the time because the Salt Lake Library was ready to close for the night. If you have access before that check when he first married and also the same for Rose or Rosa. It is not the same year. On Rose's parents (if the info given by Terry is correct) I can go back very far on the French-Canadians but not the Ronan (Irish). Since in 1900 he said he was married at age 23, that would mean he was still single on the enumeration date for 1910. Census day was 15 April that year. Actual enumeration for the Ronans was on 21 April 1910. >On Rose's parents (if the info given by Terry is correct) I can go back >very far on the French-Canadians but not the Ronan (Irish). The Census information on Rose Lambert's father gives no indication he was French Canadian, and in fact there is an E following the word Canada, which I had assumed to mean English. Some others on that page had an F following Canada, but the Lamberts' were clearly E. Of course, census information isn't always accurate. I have no independent information or any connection to these families - I am just reporting the census information I found that seemed to fit this family - birth locations, names, and ages. I do not know that these are the correct families, but they are the only ones I found that were possibilities based on the information provided. Hope the info provides some answers. Florence

Canada, but gives the mother tongue as English. Although the census information I gave on a Rose Lambert of Fall River, father b. Canada and mother b. NY fits with subsequent information in 1920 and 1930 census on Rose Ronan, it is not in line with information I see was provided several days ago which gave Rose's parents as Hormisdas & Caroline Lambert. I did not see them in 1900 in Fall River, and it was my understanding that Rose had always lived in Fall River. The Thomas and Mary Lambert with dau Rose were in Fall River in 1900, so I gave that information to the list. Again, I have no proof that Rose Lambert, daughter of Thomas was the one who m. Michael Ronan. It just was a good fit. Certainly additional information, such as a marriage certificate or death certificate would be helpful to clear this up. Florence
