Will send over the Critchleys you found in New Bedford to cousin in the UK for him to ck and see what he can find on them The one below Robert Critchley I think I found he came from Wigan Lancs England in a ship records abit ago ...not sure if he is close relation or a cousin going on where he was br Wigan... it can get so complicated cause you think you got someone and then you find out Nope not them thats another line ....just by where they lived in the UK and their trade.... There are alot of Critchleys in Lancs England ..its like Smith is here almost...its sorting out the different lines that gets complicated.... I have another cousin in the UK that comes from one line of Critchleys and this other one comes from another line of them not related to hers cept through Keiths gggrandfathers 'happy hr' with a Holden cousin of ours ....... alot of times you go by their trade as to how they would fit into the correct lines. Rosalinds were colliers [miners] Keith's were joiners... some lines are weavers. ..... Keiths came from St Helens to Blackburn. You can get lost in Critchley land big time....so with what you have sent we will search them out in the UK census' s and see how they fit or if they don't.... Also will send the info over to the UK Critchley mailing list and see if someone can connect to them that lost them in the UK ...
