BOSTON TO PROVIDENCE GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY MEETING, THURSDAY, SEPT. 19, 2002 The first meeting of the season will be 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 19, 2002, at the Fiske Public Library, Randall Rd., Wrentham, MA. (Turn off Route 1A at the Mobil Station and go to the end of Randall Road.) The topic will be "RESEARCHING YOUR FAMILY HISTORY", presented by Ken Graves. For beginning and experienced genealogists, we will summarize the entire process of tracing your ancestors and developing your family history. This would be a good time to bring a friend or neighbor who is interested in family history and would like to take the next step. The next meeting will be on Thursday, Oct. 17, at the Fiske Library. The speaker will be David Dearborn, Reference Librarian at the New England Historic Genealogical Society in Boston. The subject will be "Genealogical Resources in the Boston Area". Refreshments will be available. This meeting will be free.
