The New Bedford Public Library appears to hold the greatest number of issues, with (not surprisingly) the American Antiquarian Society in Worcester holding the second greatest number of issues. I don't think a New Bedford paper would be as much help as papers from the western part of the county would be--especially Rehoboth, Swansea, or Attleboro or possibly Taunton. Incidentally, I'm not looking for anyone in particular, I'm just trying to add detail to those I have in western Bristol County. I'm still focusing most of my research on the early settlers of Rehoboth & Swansea and their ancestors, descendants, and families in that area during the Colonial period.
