Al, As theclown16 mentioned there are problems with missing images on the NEHGS database. Frank J. Kingsley is listed twice, but the images for the entries are not available in the server. I'm one of the volunteers working on fixing the database and can check to see if the image was there, but not linked. Right now, I'm running about 6 out of 10 can be connected. Unfortunately, you are in the remaining 40 percent area. It has been mentioned on another Massachusetts county list that you can request photocopies of the registration page from the State Archives inexpensively. The implication it was less expensive than ordering the microfilm from the FHL that covers it. Either way, he is listed as Frank J. Kingsley, marriage 1881 volume 325 page 164 and pg 90. Of interest, page 164 is for the town of Taunton, but page 90 is for the town of Dighton. Either he, his wife, or some of their families were connected to Dighton somehow.
