Hi, I have "A History of Rehoboth Massachusetts" by George Tilton, 1918. I didn't see a Humphrey on the earliest lists of settlers, but if you can give me any names and dates I'll see if there's anything there. It has sections on the earliest settlers, different wars, churches, schools and teachers, manufactures, biographies, some cemeteries, etc. Also, I have some info on earlier Bosworths.
