Hi! My brother and sister-in-law and I are in the process of writing a DEAN family history book which we will professionally publish. During Veteran's day holiday we worked on editing the text and discussed photos and their placement. Our ancestors had property on the Palmer River in the early 1700's as we discovered in the following land record reference, "my house lot on both sides of Palmer's River in Rehoboth". We would like some photos of that area or of some historical sites/monuments that might still exist. If anyone lives nearby and is willing to take the photos for us we would be delighted to reimburse for time and expenses. Thank you, Debbie, CA
I don't live in the area, but I went to www.google.com and typed in Palmer River, and a few sites came up with photos taken near the river, there was even a site which had an aerial picture of the river. Not sure if these will help, but maybe?
