Hello Listers! Does anyone know where Copper Mill Road in Taunton in the year 1869 is located? I found some of my ancestors living on Copper Mill Road in the 1869 Taunton City Directory. I've tried searching thru some maps in hopes of finding it but no luck so far. Any help locating the approximate location of this road, or even perhaps what name the road is now known as would be very helpful. 1869 Massachusetts, Bristol County, Taunton Directory: page 99 Reed, Stimpson, Farmer, House, Copper Mill Road. 1869 Massachusetts, Bristol County, Taunton Directory: page 122 Wilbur, William L., Farmer, house, Copper Mill Road In 1890 Census: Stimpson Reed & William L. Wilbur are both listed as living in a house on Norton Avenue near Dunbar. Perhaps Copper Mill is close by there? Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me!
