    3. My parents were married by Father Arnold H. Derycke in Fairhaven in 1919. I have found 3 Catholic churches in Fhvn. in 1928 directory--Sacred Heart, St. Joseph's, St. Mary's. Can anyone tell me what Catholic church Fr. Derycke was associated with? Thank you. Ellie

When i knew it, it was a boarding school and residence for priests and nuns. That doesn't mean it didn't have a parish at the time though. What part of town did they live in? St. Joes served the center, while St Mary srved the north end of town--more or less..... Anyway, give them a call. They should be able to dig up the record: St. Joseph 508-994-9714 rectory on 41 Walnut 508-979-4659 fax-phone St. Mary 508-992-7300 rectory on 41 Harding Sacred Hearts 508-992-0482 rectory on 382 Main hope that helps, Carrie
