May I ask for help? I have been using the Federal Census material in Waltham. Soundex has helped me located people in the 1900 census and the 1920 census. But I am stumped by the 1910 census. I have some names, I have their addresses, but I can't seem to match street with the ED [Enumeration District]. Does anyone know a way to get the streets tied to the wards, or the ED? Thank you for any advice you may have. Jim McCarthy, Somerville, MA
Have you checked the Fall River Directory? Our old city directory from that time period has the enumeration disticts with the lists of streets that fall in the different districts. Just a thought.
