    3. I need to Clarify the parents of Charles E Hendickson, born 1 Oct 1834 in South Dartmouth, MA. Being in Florida it is difficult for me to do this in person. Is there any way to make contact online with vital records in Dartmouth? I believe Clarissa Chase Hendrickson was his mother and Charles Hendrickson his father, married 3 Jun 1832 in Dartmouth. Clarissa later married as his third wife, James Durfee. Also anything about Charles E as president of New Bedford Safe Deposit and Trust Bank would be helpful. Supposedly he was third generation of a banking family,and was cashier at Fall River Safe Deposit and Trust before he founded the New Bedford bank. Sincerely, Gail Slade

Henrickson, int. residents of D.], June 3, 1832 [dup. in D.] Are there any death records in Fall River, New Bedford or Dartmouth for the elder Charles Hendrickson (Henrecson, or any weird spelling thereof!)? It should be before 24 April 1856, as that is when Clarissa married James Durfee and he became stepfather to Charles Edward Hendrickson. Are there any Durfee family members out there who may have the lineage for the Hendricksons? Gail
