Hi there, Here is what I found in the directory for Fall River 1889 shows the following: Joseph Watters, Superintendent, Osborn Mills, Resid: 72 Middle St George Watters, overseer, Osborn Mills, Resid: 33 E. Main Street Thomas Watters, weaver, Resid: 18 Birch Street Miss Maria Watters, resid: 38 Stafford Rd. The above are also listed the same in the 1890 directory. The 1891 directory shows the three males listed but no listing for Maria. Hope this helps.
