I am searching for clues as to parentage of one Solomon Caswell, born c. 1734 (calc. from death record). Married Aug 9 1764 at Norton MA Abigail Clark dau. of Seth Clark and Mary Wild of Norton. (Mary Wild first married to Jacob Leonard, then Seth Clark, both living Norton. Abigail Clark b. Norton Mar 28, 1747 per Norton VR). Solomon and Abigail Caswell relocated to Woodstock CT, as did Seth Clark and wife Mary. By 1786, Solomon and Abigail Caswell moved on to Belchertown MA-where Solomon died August 12, 1812. Been looking for this one for several years, and have checked Norton and surrounding VR, various Mass VR sources. Also the George Freeman Sanborn genealogy in Mayflower Decendents. There are several Norton Caswells where he might fit, but I cant find a trace of him until his marriage in 1764. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
