I am hoping to find something on a John W. MEADS b, abt. 1854 Eng He features in the 1910 & 1920 census for Fall River Bristol Co. in household of Ernest & Ethel Meads DOWTY. I am trying to prove that John MEADS might be John Wilson MEADS who emigrated in 1885 with wife Ellen. Nothing known abt this dau or maybe other children as sadly no 1890C Burials etc. any suggestions, anything would be a help. Toni

If you need additional information on Ellen, her death record is on the NEGHS site and has her maiden name as Ellen Hutchins, and gives her father as Richard Hutchins and mother as Harriet Hill. Note that the 1900 census index on Ancestry has an incorrect age for Ethel - on the actual image her age is 17 and her birth is listed as Nov 1882. And since Ellen lists having given birth to only one child, it is probably safe to assume Ethel had no siblings. John Pee is a nephew and was also listed with Ellen and John Meads in 1881 in Acton, Middlesex, England. Another niece and nephew with the surname Pee were also listed with John and Ellen. Richard Hutchins is widowed and listed with them, also.
