    1. [MABERKSH] Berkshire militia at Fort Ticonderoga in May 1775
    2. Two requests: (1) Where might I find a roster of those from the Berkshire militia under Colonel John Brown who were with Ethan Allen and Benedict Arnold at the taking of Fort Ticonderoga in May 1775? (2) Where might I find a roster of the members of the Berkshire militia and their enlistment dates, particularly those who enlisted prior to 1776? Ron McRoberts mcrob001@umn.edu

    3. ALL: Would be interested in ALL/ANY Militia lists from Berkshire Co. in the Mil War. My John Tucker (sigh, common name) is said to have served in the Rev. War, but I cannot find documentation. So would appreciate any repsonses to the list -- THX! John TUCKER (1742-1818) of Stockbridge, m. Thankful EGGLESTON (per of Sheffield MA?). John's sons settled in Lenox, MA. John and Thankful are buried in Stockbridge. Sons would not have been old enough to have fought in the Rev War, but brother William TUCKER would have (and may have left Stockbridge for Albany, TBD). Any thoughts appreciated, thx. ie., if you respond to Ron, please respond to the list. THX!!! Marilyn And, yes, I know where Benedict is on my family tree. ----- Original Message ----- From: <mcrob001@umn.edu> To: <MABERKSH@rootsweb.com> Cc: <mcrob001@umn.edu> Sent: Monday, September 21, 2009 5:43 AM Subject: [MABERKSH] Berkshire militia at Fort Ticonderoga in May 1775 > Two requests: (1) Where might I find a roster of those from the Berkshire > militia under Colonel John Brown who were with Ethan Allen and Benedict > Arnold at the taking of Fort Ticonderoga in May 1775?
