I am trying to find information on my Great grandmother Florence Marie Tower ~her name at birth, born 01-02-1901,) she was a ward of the State of Mass. and in apprx. May/June 1907 was adopted by Ida C and Ludwig Moe of Mass. At the time of her adoption her name was changed to Florence Priscilla Moe. I can not find any information on Florence I began to wonder if she was in fact possibly a birth child of Florence M and Edgar Tower and had been given up either at birth or shortly after??? Does anyone have info on a possible 6th child to this family, Florence Tower would have had to become pregnant almost immediately after Ralph's birth, may have been a financial strain for the couple at the age of 20.
