I've never known any of the Sinopolis other than my father and uncle, and they know just as much as I do. Through some research, I found some type of funeral home announcement for a Joseph Frank Sinopoli who died in 2005, who I believe was my Great Grandfather, and his wife Rita Massacani is or was my Great Grandmother. With this, I was able to trace the Sinopolis back to my Great Great Great Grandparents, Guiseppe Sinopoli and Maria Polera who came from San Vito sullo Iónio, Calabria, Italy. As for the Massacanis, I found nothing. If anyone here has any information on these families, such as any family trees or photos, anything at all, I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you!
