Wintje/Winche Hogaboom of Egremont/Sheffield, MA. (Ebenezer is descended from Philip/Philip/Lt. Samuel Smith (the "Fellmonger" of Hadley and Wethersfield). This info is shown in a DAR application of a descendant of their youngest son, Ebenezer. I have just gotten a list of their children, and wonder if you have any other info for this family. I'm especially interested in Wintje/Winche's parentage, as well as any other marriages for their offspring. I descend from their youngest, Ebenezer. His birthdate seems to be in question; I've found 1751 and 1756. He married Mary Gould after the Revolution, migrated to Cayuga Co., NY, (had 8 children) then to Oakland Co. MI., where he died in Dec.1825; he is buried at Webster/Auburn Cemetery. Any additional info you can offer would help.
