I've hesitated adding parents and a spouse for Nicholas Clark because different trees have different names for them. I don't know which are correct. Just a thought, if you know who the seller was, would he or she be willing to contact the buyer for you? My connection is really distant to Clark but my 3rd great grandfather, Ebenezer Pratt, was in Clarksburg early too.
