Greetings: My 4th Great Grandfather was David Ross who resided from about 1800 to atleast 1808 in Florida, Berkshire County. David Ross was a cooper. Does anyone know if there was any kind of a cooper's guild or other record of cooper's activities in Berkshire? Also, David Ross got a judgement in August of 1806 against Silas Shippey from a court. Is there anywhere I can obtain a record of the proceeding? Court was held in Lenox, I belive. Thanks, Peter
