I have no information on Joan or those names. I know some of the e-mails on the surname page are outdated, but Patricia McMackin who runs the surname registry keeps up with it regularly. The accuracy of the e-mails depends on people updating their e-mails with her. I will forward your request to the Berkshire mailing list.
