Neither image is on the NEHGS server at this time. The first entry for William John Davis 1882 vol 12 pg 643 is a supplemental entry. Basically, the parents didn't report the birth the year he was born. The second entry is probably an normal one, but it is part of a number of images that were skipped in the initial filming for the NEHGS. Unless someone on the list has access to the Williamstown Vital Records and can provide you the information, you can order the FHL microfilm (number 1901629) for Williamstown Vital Records 1860 to 1900 to view the entries.
